Previous Republican administrations pursued policies which were pro-business emphasizing less government control and fewer regulations. They wanted less government not the destruction of government. Not this administration! They seek to eviscerate the concept of public service. They seek to sell off our national resources. Everything they do is intended to create an historic transfer of wealth to the most affluent Americans. Instead of public service, it’s private gain because they believe that the only legitimate role of government is to serve as a private piggy bank for Bezos, Musk, Zuckerberg and all of the other one percenters. As a consequence, the United States has achieved an extraordinarily high level of income inequality, ranking among the highest globally. Through policies designed by Project 2025 - the desecration of America’s public lands for private profit representing a case in point - America stands poised to achieve the highest level of income inequality in the world. I am reminded of the quote by English novelist C.P. Snow. “What will people of the future think of us? Will they think we resigned our humanity?”

What a weasel!

Leave our public lands and forests alone! States keep your hands off! We need our forests for cleaner air that we need due to your all poisoning us with pollution destroying our lands and water ways now! Keep your greedy hands off our public lands ! There’s enough Barren cement deserts you already

created use that refurbish it! Leave our wilderness alone!

Ohhh… the billionaires want some of those national parks for the minerals and oil underneath them. They would blow the faces off of the past presidents monument for a few million dollars if they thought there was something in those hills. You’ll see how fast their patriotism fades when they smell money.

Great news! I don’t live in the US, I don’t think I’d heard about the Parliamentarian of the United States Senate before, this sounds like a good office, I’m glad it still matters what that person says :-)

🤣. Thanks for the correction- I thought “caked” was yet another new form of modern lingo that I had missed out on 🙄. But it sounds sort of fitting for the feeling of having to keep contacting our elected officials nearly every day about so many issues that we care about! As in, ‘caked with pollen after a hike in springtime.’

But to the point: thanks for calling Congress people to save what’s left of our country. 🗽🇺🇸🍰

All right. I live in Colorado, and the last thing we want is more drilling on the public lands we love and are very proud of as a state.
