Top of the Thursday to you! Lots going on in the parks this past week which I’ll get to below. On a fun note, Jim and I are heading to Tucson on Monday to do more filming for the city on the Coronado National Forest and Chiricahua National Monument. We’ve been working on the Coronado project for two years now – what a blast. We’ll be sure to update you on our travels next week with top finds and fun photos.

Double Arch Collapsed: A beloved arch located in Lake Powell collapsed on August 8th. While arch collapses are just part of the natural erosion process it’s always sad to see one go.
State legislators in Wyoming ransom critical wildlife corridor adjacent to Grand Teton National Park for $100M. Yeah, isn’t that nice of them? Legislators passed a bill that gives the federal government and the Grand Teton National Park Foundation 2 years to purchase the land OR ELSE
