Lots of rumors swirling about a pending 64th national park - here's what we're hearing...

We’ve always got our ears to the pavement for rumors about new national parks. In fact, this isn’t our first time writing about this topic on substack. But I just couldn’t help myself today.
Now, if creating the most national parks were a presidential competition (there are worse competitions out there) then the current administration would be behind 3-0 at this point in the game to the previous one (1,000+ days in).
The last national park (New River Gorge) was designated on December 20, 2020. Talk about a lifetime ago.
Currently, our shortlist has 3 places in the national parks “waiting room”. Allow me to elaborate.
